Summary/Abstract: This material examines the critical success factors of ERP systems. These systems are the result of the consolidation of integrated systems for managing organizational activities and modern information technologies. In the material, the author also analyzes the problems in the process of implementation of integrated business management systems of the ERP type. Both the internal organizational and the external economic environment are examined for their successful and effective implementation.
