Brief considerations referring to the alternative methods of resolving disputes from France and Spain

Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author aims to present a series of considerations regarding alternative methods of resolving disputes in France and Spain. The fact that these states are facing a significant increase in litigation, an aspect likely to influence the proper functioning of the judicial systems, has generated the search for more efficient ways of resolving disputes between the parties. In addition to highlighting the advantages of these methods, the author also makes a series of ferenda law proposals regarding the advisability of importing them into national law.
