Summary/Abstract: The study explores the factors that drivemigration to Poland and Thailand. It investigated howeconomic, political, environmental, and social factorsimpact on workers decision to migrate in search of greenerpastures. The research is hinged on the Push-PullMigration Model. The research populations consisted of atotal of 762 purposively selected respondents; 452 wereselected from Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand, while 310were selected from Warsaw in Poland. The study wasquantitative research that applied SEM analysis for datainterpretation. Findings indicated that 76% of the migrantsto Thailand have at least a university degree compared to24% with a high school certificate or less, while forPoland, 68% have at least a university degree compared to32% with a high school certificate or less. SEM analysisrevealed that only the economic push and pull factors wereaccepted in both Thailand and Poland/ The resultsreinforced the significant influence of unemployment,poverty, high employment, and high wages, whileacknowledging the impact of political and social factors.The significance of environmental factors from thefindings was underwhelming.
