Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development management is a top priority for smart cities right now. The topic is presented in programming documents and legislation of developed countries, international conventions and spatial planning documents. At the same time, planning and urban governance for sustainable development is now in dire need not only of new theoretical approaches, but also of the development of appropriate methodology, technologies, etc. The report from the end of 2020 of the Ministry of Construction recognizes that no all implemented practices have been successful, but Moscow remains the most technological and intelligent city in the country…
