Summary/Abstract: Through the present work the purpose we aim to is the one of pointing out the importance of the principle concerning the accessibility and the economy of the employed means in the elaboration of norms for the general quality of the social relationships and particularly for the quality of the social relationships which are ruled through norms that pertain to administrative law. The impulse of achieving the present work has sprung from the existence of a practical case: the conflictual social relationships which have occurred between on one side a structure from the central public administration and on the other side the citizens who are meant to benefit from certain lawful rights ruled through a special law. The conflict is due to the disrespect of the requirements concerning clarity and precision that are due for the regulations issued through the legislative process. The present work does as well include a subsection referring to the respective case study. It does also contain some preliminary theoretical considerations, some jurisprudential analyses and a critical analysis performed upon the actually enforced legal frame which does concern the above mentioned matter too. Some de lege ferenda suggestions are formulated.
