Summary/Abstract: The aim of the survey was to determine how directors of children's homes perceive the effects of legislative changes in recent years concerning the care of vulnerable children and what their views are on the possibility of transferring responsibility for educational institutional care from the Ministry of Education to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
