Summary/Abstract: The article is a brief analysis of the financial performance of individual operational programs (OPs) of the EU over the programming period 2007 – 2013. For the purpose of analysis used actual data of the Ministry of Finance and Management Information System and monitoring of EU Structural Instruments in Bulgaria.
