Summary/Abstract: International relations are the driving force of the world economy. Strategic resources are the basis for the formation of the world economics. Important role in the development of the world economy open play (market) economies. Not all of them, however, are developed in the same pattern. We can say definitely that the patterns of development of open (market) economies are quite different.
