Summary/Abstract: The main focus in the article is on the system characteristic of law. An attempt is made to synthesize the normativist approach in the philosophy of law and the contemporary studies in the field of synergy. So, the article presents the description of such system characteristics like system elements, fractals, attractors and bifurcation elements of development.
