Summary/Abstract: In today’s modern society, the possibilities of committing terrorist acts have significantly expanded. Information and information technologies are already being used to plan crimes or even to remove the traces of already committed ones. They are also being used for disinformation, blackmailing, racketeering, and terrorism. By doing so, the terrorists are in a position to endanger even the management of military forces and the national security of a large number of countries.
