Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the basic sources of financing of 20th-century and 21st century terrorism: seizures for banks, abductions for ransom, smuggling and drug trafficking. As specific methods, those that used Islamic State were also listed, including Crude oil trading in occupied areas, trade in monuments and others. The issue of terrorism sponsored by the state was included separately.
