Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, globalization together with the increase of population, human mobility, technologies, and communications are visibly connected. The contemporary society is one of innovations, technologies, and progress. There is an increased need for flexibility, mobility, application of information technologies, new methods for financing and new leadership qualities. There is an increased need of introduction in the management field of manager with leadership qualities.
