Problematic procedural aspects concerning exclusion of part II and part III of Act no 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code when isolation or quarantine measure due to COVID-19 pandemic are ordered

Summary/Abstract: The Pandemic Act states the subsidiary application of the Public Health Protec¬tion Act, which refers to the usage of The Administrative Code from a procedural point of view. At the same time § 8a of The Pandemic Act expressly excludes the application of the second and third part of The Administrative Code when ordering an isolation or an quarantine measure. There arises the legal absence of the procedural rules for that matter.
