Summary/Abstract: In the period 2019-2021. the COVID-19 pandemic caused a changed social context throughout the world, which necessarily affected the education system. The epidemiological situation required urgent adaptation. This adjustment primarily referred to different aspects of organizing the teaching process. However, changes in the organization of teaching are not only implied by the model according to which it is performed, but also require a complete change in the didactic and methodological structure of the teaching process. Understanding all the changes that have taken place, awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching followed by reflection allows for critical thinking and proactive action in the implementation of future teaching models. Therefore, the aim of the research was to examine students' attitudes about the challenges and perspectives of online teaching. The findings suggest that, despite a number of challenges, carefully planned online teaching, from a student perspective, can be a valuable learning resource and an opportunity for breakthroughs in educational work. In the paper, through the analysis and questioning of students' attitudes, the implications that can significantly contribute to the quality of teaching processes are presented in an integrative manner.
