Art, kitsch and their gray area

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with current topics about the valorization of individual works of art and phenomena. Aesthetic objects, which actually fall under aesthetic judgment often due to incorrect, superficial or political interpretation, fall into the middle zone between art and kitsch. Our task was to determine and define, as far as possible, the concepts of aesthetics with its objects, the concepts of art and kitsch, and point out the gray zone in which objects that are not defined as art are "stuck" or have been discredited by misinterpretation or various political agendas.
