Summary/Abstract: On the first of September, the traditional manifestation of Šantić's evening of poetry was opened in the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity. A ceremonial academy was also held on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of SPKD Prosvjet. President Sanja Bjelica Šagovnović greeted those present and spoke about the work of Prosvjeta, and the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy in East Sarajevo, Dragan Mastilović, spoke about the character and work of Aleksa Šantić and the founding of Prosvjeta in Mostar. In the show part of the evening, a concert was held by the String Orchestra of the Symphony Orchestra of the National Theater of the Republic of Srpska under the baton of Dušan V. Urošević. Soprano Karolina Mihajlović also performed in the program.
