Summary/Abstract: The subject of analysis in the present paper are the European Green Deal and the concept of environmental rule of law, unknown to Bulgarian theory and practice, but popular abroad. Their essential features and main characteristics are examined, mainly with a view to establishing their relationship and reciprocity.
