LYRICAL EXPERIENCE OF THE WORLD IN THE POETRY OF VOJISLAV KARANOVIĆ

Summary/Abstract: The paper strives to, analyzing Karanović’s opus as a whole, analytically point out some of the manifestations of the lyrical experience of the world. The attitude towards the world is primarily present through the persistent aspiration towards the pervasiveness of Karanović’s subject, poem and nature, that is, the universe, in the form of his integral understanding, which implies the instability of the boundaries between internal and external, visible and invisible, concrete and abstract. This poetry is the result of an inventive lyrical consciousness that develops (neo) romantic sensibility in a (post) modern way, while poetic imagination and metaphysical aspirations acquire the value of an authentic artistic vision.
