That is why environmental rights, which are also human rights, come to the fore. This area should be better regulated internationally in order to better protect the rights to a healthy environment. A period of more rational use of natural resources is coming, because natural resources should remain for future generations. The responsibility for maintaining the balance in nature lies with current and future generations. With the development of mass means of communication, the increasing pollution of the planet Earth caused by uncontrolled technological development became visible. That is why excessive pollution must be reduced and stopped.
