Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the formation and activities of the Association of the Islamic Community of Bosnia and Herzegovina employees in the period 1950-1971. It also presents an overview of the structural organization of the Association of employees of the Islamic Community, schemes of financial support to the members of the Association, and systems for supporting the members in their religious duties, and it reviews the role of the Association in promotion of a religious and moral lifestyle.
