Summary/Abstract: The present study develops a critical analysis, backed up by a problematological rhetoric-based adjustement, of the most utilized principles applied in doctor-patient communication in the field of psychiatry. Special stress will be laid on the most recent doctor-patient communication patterns or on those adapted to the paradigm centered on patient/ person, for evidencing the most suitable practical approaches recommended in the communication with subjects affected with psychic disorders.
