Summary/Abstract: Following the appearance of severe acute respiratory syndrome SARS-CoV-2 or coronavirus (Covid-19), which first broke out in the Chinese city of Wuhan, a socio-economic crisis of great proportions quickly occurred worldwide. But while everyone's attention was focused on economic and health issues, the psychological crisis that followed would be almost as important and serious. Progressively, various psychological problems related to mental health appeared, such as stress or anxiety, which affected most individuals, both during the quarantine period and after. The paper aims to make an analysis of the current situation, after 2 years from the beginning of the pandemic as well as the measures that can be taken to minimize the psychic effects generated by it.
