Examination of Management Modeling Applications in International Education Companies

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to contribute to the literature by examining the management modeling practices in international education companies and to help those who will work in this field in the future. With the intensification of the new economic process that started with globalization in the twenty-first century, international education companies need different perspectives on management modeling in the field of human resource management. Today, the changing structure, characteristics and functions of the workforce require new management models to be followed within the framework of different human resources policies for training companies conducting operations in many countries. For this reason, the impact of managerial processes and management modeling applications on the performance of companies in the new process and international human resources application areas experienced with globalization has been emphasized.
