Summary/Abstract: Social entrepreneurship is an important factor in identifying and solving issues of social importance. In the conditions of the modern economy, he presents himself as a social initiator or creator of social innovation. Social entrepreneurship modernizes the following social branches: environment, social protection, health, education and development of entrepreneurship. Continuous implementation of existing systems and their addition with new solutions is carried out by establishing and developing social entrepreneurship, with the aim of creating a sustainable position for creating social values. Social and professional implementation of employees in the company and bringing employees to a position that is harmful for them, represents one of the basic characteristics of created social values.
