Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to indicate how to organize effective training for elder workers and to identify the differences resulting from the type of performed work in this field. Teaching older workers in particular about health and safety in a way that suits them may reduce the number of accidents and occupational diseases. It can also improve the work efficiency of this group and increase their sense of security. Questionnaire study was conducted with the use of a form developed for its needs in order to determine the most optimal way of organized training for employees. The study group consisted of 544 employees aged 50+ (so-called older workers) and such selection was deliberate. The questionnaires were filled in by employees of companies that agreed to participate in the study.
