Summary/Abstract: In this study, studies aimed at improving institutional quality in educational management have been examined and it has been tried to explain what needs to be done in order to create quality and qualified educational and educational activities in educational institutions in individual and institutional terms in educational management. Within this framework, various definitions have been made in many areas in different sources and different characteristics have been brought to the fore and efforts based on improving this quality understanding have been discussed. The management model that will enable educational institutions to maintain their existence under the conditions of global competition and cooperation should be developed in the form of innovative, modern, libertarian, open to development, change and catching up with the era. Quality is most clearly defined in the form of customer satisfaction. In educational institutions, especially educational administrators, teachers, auxiliary staff, students, parents and educational institutions to improve the quality of the interlocutors as a total environmental education are required to act together around the common denominator.
