Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the contributions of educational tools used in educational institutions in accordance with the basic goals of educational management to teaching methods and techniques. In general, developments in the field of management cause fundamental changes in the structure and functioning of educational organizations. For this reason, it is important to adapt contemporary and scientific developments to the teaching plane and to create realistic policies for educational organizations for this purpose. The role of educational tools used in schools in the educational management process has an important place. Teaching methods and techniques, by using qualified manpower to train, universal standards, catching than the traditional teaching approach makes a more competent and efficient management, participation and cooperation, it is likely that the individual is a central management approach. With the widespread use of educational tools within the framework of educational management in educational institutions, it will be ensured that a more modern, innovative, dynamic and systematic structural form will be achieved in educational processes.
