Examining the Consequences of Psychological Mobbing

Summary/Abstract: In this study, the conceptual framework of psychological intimidation is decided to emphasize the results of psychological intimidation and thus to contribute to the literature. Research on the consequences of psychological intimidation behaviors on individuals has been conducted by measuring the psychological and psychosomatic findings left on the victims. The studies conducted in this direction have found that there is an important relationship between being exposed to intimidation in organizations and increasing psychological and psychosomatic complaints. When the literature is examined, there are research on individuals and organizations where psychological intimidation is common. According to the current research, education, management, production and trade sectors are among the most common organizations where psychological intimidation is seen. The results obtained from this study show that employees with high creativity are more exposed to the illegal behavior of disabled or low -talented individuals, culturally different people, foreign workers, superiors and colleagues.
