Summary/Abstract: In Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the physiological needs of individuals are the basic needs necessary for survival. The need for dressing in this group has gone through various stages over the years, and has experienced many changes and developments such as fashion, comfort, availability and personalization. Making it accessible to all individuals has shaped apparel industry with the industrial revolution. Apparel offers products of the same quality and characteristics to all users by mass production in accordance with standard body sizes. However, individuals with special needs who do not have these features and do not have standard body features face difficulties in reaching the product they want to buy. The main subject of this study is the difficulties experienced by men and women with achondroplasia, who are among the individuals with special needs, in choosing and supplying clothes. In the study, it is aimed to raise awareness on the subject and contribute to the literature. The data used in the study were collected through a questionnaire created by the researchers.
