Summary/Abstract: In the 21st century, where business and private life inevitably gain momentum due to information processing technologies, it has come to the fore that individuals experience different technology-related problems. The most striking of these is technostress, which is caused by the problem of adaptation to technology. In this study, it was aimed to examine the perceived technostress levels of school administrators. In this study, in which 224 school administrators participated in a quantitative-cross-sectional survey model, technostress levels were collected with the “Technostress Scale”. As a result of the research, it was determined that managers perceive moderate technostress. In addition, in-service training for technology is associated with a decrease in the technostress levels of managers; It has been seen that perceived technostress is also related to their age, managerial time and professional seniority. On the other hand, it was concluded that the technostress perceptions of the administrators were similar according to the variables of gender, educational status, field of study, related branch and the school level they worked at.
