Summary/Abstract: The authors investigates the issue of the constitutional judge's impartiality by carrying out a case study regarding the participation of the constitutional judge in the examination of his own case and in the deliberation on its side. The conducted investigation supports the author to conclude on the need to improve the special legislation regarding the activity of the constitutional jurisdiction authority in the Republic of Moldova.
