Summary/Abstract: The need to legitmize their acts some authors consider as an of eminent human needs. Complicated to achieve, because that need is performed before own consciousness, own conscience, before public opinion and legal system, withbelievers before God. That need also explains so called reversal or enlightement of Dostoyevsky, in dungeons. What he really experienced was exit from an existential sutuation after prison sentence: to achieve compromize between government which pardoned him, and himself, who owns loyalty to his earlier self. Torn apart between real and idealized contents of exit, christianity and Russian people, his earlier and later self, that was not real enlightement or ideological rebirth. That was more a try of self-justification, its presence in his literary work not something worth much insistence.
