Summary/Abstract: National and European legislation have recently been amended as regards the conditions of access to the occupation of road transport operator. To the additions brought by the legislator to each of the access conditions, it is essential that they must be fulfilled by the operators exercising the transport with motor vehicles exceeding 2.5 tons.
