Summary/Abstract: After more than twenty years from the re-establishment of the military priests in the armed forces, some inaccuracies, smaller or bigger, could be noticed when we make a comparison between the aim of the adopted regulations and the way theese ones were applied to reality. The decision making factors of the armed forces seem to make a total recemblance between the military chaplains statute and the regulations of the civilian employees, and this fact generates a certain frustration to the military clergy corps. The members of the corps were waiting for a treatment, even when they were speaking about personnel management, similar to the other officers, to whom they are coleagues, the only diference being that the military priests are non-combatant personnel. The present article re-explains the complex and corroborating ways to interpretate the legislation and shows the imperiously necesarry solution to re-place the things on their normal track. No need of effort, sacrifices, or losses of any kind. Only benevolence and good faith.
