Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, four decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in November regarding: Law no. 136/2020 on the establishment of certain measures in the field of public health, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Law of the Chambers of Commerce of Romania no. 335/2007, the Law on the approval of GEO no. 10/2022 for the modification and completion of Law no. 346/2004 on the stimulation of the establishment and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
