CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: RIL Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), five decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency proceedings; Labour Code; Law no. 80/1995 on the status of military personnel; Code of Civil Procedure; Law no. 76/2008 on the organization and functioning of the National Judicial Genetic Data System. HP Also, with regard to the work of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the panel for the resolution of a question of law), three decisions have been published on Law no. 17/2014 on certain measures regulating the sale of agricultural land located in the countryside, the Law on Cadastre and Real Estate Publication no. 7/1996; Methodological rules for the application of the provisions on the award of the sectoral contract/framework agreement of Law no. 99/2016 on sectoral procurement; Penal Code, as in force from 26.06.2018-30.05.2022.
