Summary/Abstract: The most important aspect in the teaching of foreign languages is the scenario inreal or created contexts, but close to the reality to which the learner will beconfronted. In this reflection, the flipped classroom device seems to be suitableperfectly to the teaching of foreign languages since it makes possible to place theteacher as mediator during different phases of the activity, where learners findthemselves in contexts, communication situations where the interaction with otherlearners and with the trainer will be more effective for learner autonomy thaninteraction during a lesson in the classroom, explanation of vocabulary or grammar. These concepts are then taught through video capsules. The teacher adopts adidactic approach allowing the learner to become autonomous. The teacher must beable to put the learner in a situation of real communication as often as possible andflipped classroom device enables this application.
