Summary/Abstract: This essay tells the story of an image, which itself tells a story. Starting with a photograph by David Seymour, discovered by chance, we implement a method of analysis and try to overcome the fundamental contradiction of photography: what part of the reality printed on it is actually accessible to us? What part of history remains forever silent for us?
