Summary/Abstract: This article-interview provides some personal and subjective answers to a variety of questions about legal education in Romania, both general and very specific. The main idea emerging from the content of the responses is that Romanian education, including pre-university education, needs to focus on adaptability, both of the system itself and as a skill to be passed on to pupils and students. Any reform of legal education will have to face, in addition to the limits of pre-university education, the subsequent limits of the entrance examinations for specific professions. So far, none of these seem to be moving in a direction that emphasizes adaptability, which means that the effects of higher education reform have limited potential for real success.
