Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the opposition to enforcement cases provided by the Romanian Code of Criminal Procedure, with the analysis of the conditions for exercising each enforcement case separately, as well as the analysis of similarities and differences with other legal institutions included in the Code of Criminal Procedure. At the same time, the national jurisprudence is analyzed, as well as the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
