Summary/Abstract: Covid-19, which started in China at the end of 2019 and then affected the whole world, was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization in March 2020. Since this date, every measure taken to protect human health and the time elapsed have brought economic and social life to a standstill. The slowdown in economic activities, on the other hand, showed its effects mostly in the labor markets and working life. The decline in employment and wages puts more and more pressure on people, especially on employees. In this study, the developments in the labor market during and after Covid-19 are evaluated, and then the transformative effects on the future of working life, especially in the digital field, are analyzed. The problems that emerged in Turkey, where the first case was officially announced on March 11, 2020, and the trends that became evident in the axis of working life are also evaluated.
