Towards the digitalisation of insolvency practice: sedis, online auction platform, online advertising platform

Summary/Abstract: Into such a complex profession, where the multidisciplinary nature and specific procedures make the work of insolvency practitioners difficult, digitization must be carried out responsibly. In the sector of insolvency procedures, during the Covid-19 pandemic, thanks to digitalization, the practitioners remained în contact with the courts and the other participants în the procedure, it was possible to work remotely, online professional training hours were completed, online auctions were organized through online applications, it was possible to publish online announcements for the sale of debtors’ assets etc., which represented the process of adaptation to the new conditions imposed by the digital evolution.
