A Critical Look into the Financing of Political Parties in the Context of Providing Premises at the Disposal of Their Activity

Summary/Abstract: The article looks into the legal framework concerning the provision of premises at the disposal of the political parties’ activity. The article analyses the conditions under which properties are pro-vided as arranged in the Political Parties Act. Several problems with the implementation of the law are identified. Finally, recommendations are made for the improvement of the legal provi-sions in the Political Parties Act.
