Summary/Abstract: The author explains her role at the beginning of the journal and the columns she was later responsible for: essays and, for a short time, interviews. She also talks about the new genres she has introduced to the journal: one-screen, Focus, Found Image, Gloss. She also says that she wanted to have a journal that could comment on issues at European level. To this end, she has involved foreign authors, as well as Hungarians and Romanians alike, as editors; in this sense, she mentions some of the most important names in the theatre world.
