Summary/Abstract: Purpose – In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of social intelligence levels of employees of four-and five-star accommodation establishments operating in Trabzon on organizational socialization and service-giving predispositions. Design/methodology/approach – In this direction, data were collected from 401 employees working in four-and five-star accommodation establishments in Trabzon with the help of a questionnaire. Whether the opinions of the employees involved in the study regarding the concept of social intelligence, organizational socialization and service orientation differed significantly according to their individual characteristics was tested by t-test and variance (one-way ANOVA) analysis for an independent sample. In addition, the relationship between the social intelligence, organizational socialization and service orientation was examined by correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the results obtained, it was found that the opinions of the participants regarding social intelligence differed significantly only according to the age group Findings – According to the findings, compared to the age group of participants showed a significant difference only visions of social intelligence, organizational socialization, and gender regarding the susceptibility to serve the viewsof other individual characteristics, it was identified that showed a significant difference according to. There is not a statistically significant relationship between social intelligence and organizational socialization in the study, while the dimension of social information processing and social awareness, it is revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational socialization and child sizes. However, it has been determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between social intelligence and Decisiveness to serve. In October, according to the results of the regression analysis, it was concluded that the service-giving predisposition dimension, which affects social intelligence the most, is the ability to meet the needs dimension. Discussion – The social intelligence of the employees in the accommodation establishments significantly affects the organizational socialization from the point of view of the enterprise and the predisposition to provide services from the individual point of view within the scope of the social information process.
