Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee satisfaction and perceived organizational support, work-life balance and organizational citizenship in the working life, which has become more difficult with the pandemic. The aforementioned study universe consists of female employees in the textile city sector, which creates a new employment area in Erzurum. Design/methodology/approach – Questionnaire form was used as data collection technique. The questionnaire form used in the research generally consists of two main parts. In the first part, there are demographic questions, while in the second part there are scale questions about the subject of the research. As a result of the feedback obtained from the questionnaires distributed to the employees, 347 questionnaires ready for analysis were obtained. The data obtained in the research were analyzed through statistical package programs. Findings – There is a positive relationship between employee satisfaction, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship, there is a weak negative relationship between employee satisfaction and work-life balance. There is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship. It was concluded that there is a negative relationship between work-life balance. There is no significant relationship between organizational citizenship and work-life balance. Discussion – Within the scope of the literature; Studies on the concepts discussed have been found. However, in these studies, it was observed that the cases affecting these concepts were mostly examined. The factor that makes this study unique is that there is no study in our country that examines these four elements together. It has been concluded that the more important the employee satisfaction and perceived organizational support discussed in this study are for the individuals who make up the workforce, the more important organizational citizenship and employee work-life balance are for the productivity of organizations.
