Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study; It is the investigation of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the quality of life, occupational health and safety practices of businesses. Design/Methodology/Approach – The method in this research will be based on the deductive method in the conceptual part and quantitative methods in the application part, the "relational screening" model in order to analyze the cause and effect relationships, and the survey participants will be determined by simple random sampling method. The data obtained from the surveys; With the help of SPSS statistical program, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t test and one-way variance, correlation and regression analyzes applied. Results – Covid-19 has a positive effect on the quality of life and the occupational health and safety criteria of employees, on the other hand, the impact of Covid-19 on the quality of life has a negative effect on the awareness and consciousness levels of employees about occupational health and safety, and Covid-19 It has been determined that the effect of. Discussion – Businesses operating in Turkey have been significantly affected by the Covid 19 Pandemic process. The new laws that came into force due to the pandemic have caused significant changes in the life of businesses and society, and it is expected that there will be new developments in line with the developments (Tuna and Çelen, 2020: 2710). In this context, there are many innovations and changes that businesses need to make in the field of occupational health and safety during the Pandemic 19 process. Therefore, this study is aimed at investigating the issues related to the measures to be taken by the enterprises against possible changes in the Pandemic 19 process, how to prevent the current negativities, what the innovations can be on a global basis, and it is thought that it can provide useful information to the field.
