Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the article: to carry out a historical-architectural development analysis of the third building of Panevėžys College based on historical facts and archival material. Research problem: the third building Research results: the main historical document, on the basis of which the historical development analysis is carried out, is the building project, which was drawn back in the time of tsarist Russia, probably at the end of 19 th century.
