Summary/Abstract: In today's business world, the power of human resources becomes crucial as it helps businesses to achieve the desired efficiency. It has become an important fact that the job meets the spiritual needs as well as the substantial needs. If the employee feels like a part of the organization, it is possible for the employee to perform the job by lovingly, willingly and enthusiastically. Thus, the employee is identified with the work done. These employees participate enthusiastic and full of energy in their work and also become creative and vitality in an organization. While performing a profession, they are vigorous and robust. Therefore, these concepts constitute clues to professional vitality. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of the identification (self-integration) dimension of psychological ownership on professional vitality. The sample used for this study consists of 149 pharmacists working in Samsun. A questionnaire was used to gather data for this research. Moreover, SPSS and LISREL programs were used to analyze the data. Lastly, it was concluded that the integration of pharmacists with their professions has a significant effect on their professional vitality levels.
