Summary/Abstract: It is important to evaluate the effects of the economic complexity index as an economic indicator in measuring the effects of per capita income, as well as the effects of the human development index, which is an indicator of social welfare. In this sense, it has become important to determine the relationship between the economic complexity of the per capita income variable, which is very important for countries, and the human development index. In this study, it is aimed to determine the relations between per capita income, economic complexity and human development index in Turkiye. In the process of determining the stationarity of the variables, linear unit root tests and stationarity tests based on fourier functions were performed, and Tsong, Leei Tsai and Hu (2016) Fourier Co-integration Test was used to determine the relationships between the variables. According to the findings obtained from the analysis, it has been determined that the increases and decreases in the variables of economic complexity index and per capita income and human development indices affect each other. This effect is; while the dependent variable is the economic complexity index, it can be stated that a 1% unit increase in the said variable decreases the per capita income by 0.37% and increases the human development index by 2.33%. While the dependent variable is the human development index; it can be stated that a 1% unit increase in the said variable increases per capita income by 0.05% and decreases the economic complexity index by 0.23%.
